Salman Khan’s Strong Reply to Claims of Sabotaging a Director’s Career

Bollywood superstar Salman Khan has finally responded to the long-standing allegations that he sabotages careers in the film industry. Recently, director Abhinav Kashyap—who directed Dabangg—accused Salman of being disinterested in acting and more focused on stardom and power. Salman addressed these claims directly on Bigg Boss Weekend Ka Vaar, giving a clear reply that left no room for doubt.

Salman Khan Responds to Career Sabotage Allegations

During the show, when actress Shehnaaz Gill came on stage and thanked Salman for helping many people build their careers, he humbly disagreed. Salman said:
“I have not made anyone’s career. The one who makes careers is God above.”

He further clarified the accusations:
“People allege that I have destroyed careers, but that’s not even in my hands. These days, rumors spread that Salman destroys careers. Which career have I destroyed? And if I really had to, I’d destroy my own career first.”

Salman admitted that while he sometimes loses focus, he always gets back on track and continues working hard.
Abhinav Kashyap’s Explosive Allegations

These remarks from Salman came in the backdrop of Abhinav Kashyap’s bold statements. The filmmaker alleged that Salman was never really interested in acting and only enjoyed the power of his celebrity status. According to Kashyap:

  • “Salman never participates seriously in work. For 25 years, he has shown no real interest in acting. He just does it as a favor.”
  • He also described Salman as “arrogant, vengeful, and the father of Bollywood’s toxic star system.”

Kashyap further claimed that the Khan family has controlled Bollywood for decades and operates with a revenge-driven mindset, making it difficult for those who don’t comply with their system.

Salman’s Takeaway

With his straightforward reply on Bigg Boss, Salman Khan denied all allegations of sabotaging anyone’s career and instead credited destiny and God for people’s success. His response has once again sparked debate in Bollywood circles, where the conversation about power politics and star dominance in the industry continues.
